If you pay for upgraded premium liquor be prepared for them to tell you they are out- hand them a few bucks and they will find it quickly. pizzeria has pretty good Margarita hand tossed brick oven pizza. And don't waste your time asking a towel guy they will tell you they are all out- pfffffffff!!! Food- not my kind of tasty! I'm not a fan of buffets or cold buffets- Chaio(Italian) has a really good tiramisu dessert. I was appalled- how rude! Literally one day it took me 45 minutes to find two chairs and to drag them 100 yards through the sand. They would proceed on their tours/ breakfast/ lunch/ scuba whatever and most would never come back until the afternoon to get their belongings. This resort is the only resort I've ever been to that has the most 'lounge chair hoggers/ savers' unbelievable! People would walk by in the morning with there towels sunscreen extra flip flops and save/ hog all of the lounge chairs. So the tall 5th and 6 graders- sorry Charlie!! Must bring a 'cute pair of cushioned walking sandals'- it's a hike everywhere! The cute wedge summer sandals won't cut it unless you want blisters and sore feet! All the staff has major communication difficulties! Meaning don't ask for A1 in the steakhouse! Don't ask for an extra pillow because you will end up with pillow cases.

The kids pool has a height maxim for the slides so if you have taller kids beware because they will be disappointed. Must go to the spa- got an 80 minute massage and it was pretty amazing! Moon lounge was really fun, they had a real good live music+++++++ Cons- Beach is very rough for young children!! Warning warning!!!!!!! Although its nice to visit the undertow is very powerful even for adults. Balconys are nice very roomy and two comfy chairs. Lol! Bottle service is nice in the room- that's if you feel up to drinking more when you get back to the suite. Every day the maid staff refills it- I guess with whatever they have left on the cart.

Room service meals are pretty good- not superb but decent! The mini bar is stocked with a daily assortment of beer, water, and juices.

The only restaurant worth recommending is Zen it's a Japanese hibachi style which is cool! Happy waiters and they really put on a show!!! The rooms are totally rocking they have double showers and a double whirlpool jacuzzi and from what I can tell all the rooms are decked out like this or better. If you get a suite in 4a or 5a it is a good location if you are a beach bum and wanna hit the 'activity pools.' There they have loud music, games, dance lessons, etc. Pro's- Beautiful beach with awesome waves for buggie boards, swimming, and soaking up some vitamin D. I overwhelmed myself reading these reviews prior to my arrival and here's the lowdown.
